Stambecco Italian Cherry Amaro, 70 Cl

Created by Biggar & Leith who are also behind the Hotel Starlino range of Vermouth and Aperitivos, Stambecco Amaro is a bittersweet liqueur flavoured with maraschino cherries along with 30 other more traditional amaro botanicals. Stambecco Amaro takes its name from the Italian for word for the Ibex or long-horned mountain goat which roams the Italian Alps near the distillery. Hence, the word monte, meaning mountain is featured on the label along with a silhouette of a long-horned goat. The heavy glass decanter-style bottle is heavily debossed with raised bumps and is topped by a cherry-red stopper.
